种子休眠的解除方法

摘要:

本文概述了种子休眠的解除方法。解除休眠的方法大体可分为物理解除、化学解除和生物解除三类。干燥后熟、层积、变温和其它一些物理处理,激素和其它化学物质溶液浸泡均可解除一些植物种子的休眠。了解种子发育成熟过程中的休眠性的变化,有利于及时采集种子和播种前处理种子。

Abstract:

Methods to relieve dormancy were summarized in this paper.This methods can be generally classified into physical, chemical and biological relieving Drying after ripening, stratification, alternating temperature treatments and other physical methods, soaking in solution of hormone and other chemical matter all can relieve seed dormancy of some plants It is helpful for collecting and treating seeds before sowing to investigate changes of seed dormancy during development and maturation
