植物内源激素是植物体内合成的调节植物生长发育及生物、非生物因素应答的一系列痕量有机化合物,因此,对植物激素的准确定量尤为重要。在这篇文章中,我们一方面就多年来的植物激素检测方法作了简单总结与概述,并对存在的问题及今后的发展方向提出了个人见解,以期为植物激素检测研究提供参考依据;另一方面,液相色谱与质谱的联用是当今世界激素检测应用最广泛、认可度最高的方法,该方法具有较高的灵敏度与选择性,省时省力,我们预测用液相色谱串联质谱法同时检测多种植物激素将是未来发展的趋势。
Abstract:The ability to measure plant hormones quantitatively is crucial as plant endogenous hormones, a series of trace organic compounds synthesized in plants, regulate plant growth, development and response to biotic and abiotic cues. In this paper, on the one hand, we reviewed and summarized the detection methods over the years and discussed the challenges and prospects in order to providing a reference index for the future study. The liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry(LC-MS) is widely used to the detection of plant hormones in today's world. This method has high sensitivity and high selectivity, and can save time and workload. So as a result, we argue that it will be a tendency of the future to detect a variety of plant hormones at the same time by using liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry(LC-MS).
