为了观察综合护理干预在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果及对患者预后和髋关节功能恢复的影响,本研究以接受治疗的老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,并根据其随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合性护理干预,观察两组患者干预前后髋关节功能恢复、功能锻炼依从性、生活质量和护理满意度的差异。研究结果表明,两组患者干预前髋关节功能无差别,干预后3个月,观察组患者的Harris评分高于对照组(t=-4.793, p<0.001);观察组患者的功能锻炼依从性为97.50%,明显高于对照组(χ2=5.000, p=0.025);两组患者肺炎、髋关节脱位和静脉血栓发生率无明显差别;两组患者干预前生活质量无差别,干预后3个月,观察组患者生活质量得分高于对照组;观察组患者的护理满意率为100.00%,高于对照组(χ2=7.671, p=0.006)。本研究初步结论表明,综合护理干预在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果较好,可明显改善患者的髋关节功能,提高功能锻炼依从性和生活质量。
Abstract：In order to observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip fracture, and the effect on the prognosis of patients and recovery of hip joint function. This study enrolled the elderly patients with hip fracture as the research object that were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. Two groups of patients were given routine nursing care, while observation group was further given comprehensive nursing intervention. Hip joint function recovery, functional exercise adherence, the differences between the quality of life and nursing satisfaction were observed in two groups of patients before and after the intervention. The results showed that there was no difference in hip function between the two groups before intervention, and Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 3 months after intervention(t=-4.793, p<0.001). Observation group of patients with functional exercise compliance was 97.50%, significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=5.000, p=0.025). There was no significant difference in the incidence of pneumonia, hip dislocation and venous thrombosis between the two groups.There was no difference in the living quality between the two groups before the intervention. the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 3 months after the intervention. Observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction rate was 100.00%, higher than that of the control group(χ2=7.671, p=0.006).Thepreliminary conclusion of this study showed that the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip fracture was good, which can significantly improve the patient's hip joint function, as well as improve the compliance of functional exercise and the living quality.
