分析中药大黄在临床应用中的功效和药理作用,为临床治疗提供参考。选取我院在2014年2月~2016年5月大黄临床应用资料和大黄药理实验资料,总结大量临床应用效果和药理作用。我院大黄临床应用治疗疾病包括急性胰腺炎、胃肠功能衰竭、肠梗阻、肾病、皮肤病等,以急性胰腺炎和胃肠功能衰竭为例分析治疗效果,急性胰腺炎患者206例,连续治疗1周,两组患者血淀粉酶、DAO等均显著下降,观察组血淀粉酶、DAO显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。ICU住院危重症合并胃肠功能衰竭患者50例,分为治疗组30例和对照组20例,治疗组患儿治疗总有效率(83.3%)显著高于对照组(55.0%)(p<0.05),治疗组患儿CRP、乳酸含量显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。大黄药理包括止泻作用、大脑缺血损失保护作用、血管药物作用。大黄临床应用广泛,治疗重症胰腺炎、胃肠功能衰竭等效果明显,具有明显止泻、抗肿瘤、脑保护等效果,具有推广使用价值。
Abstract：The analysis of the efficacy and pharmacological effects of rhubarb in clinical application could provide reference for clinical treatment. Clinical application data and pharmacological experiment data of rhubarb from February 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected, to summarize a large number of clinical applications and pharmacological effects. Rhubarb in clinical treatment of diseases in our hospital included acute pancreatitis, gastrointestinal function failure, intestinal obstruction, kidney disease, skin disease and so on. Acute pancreatitis and gastrointestinal function failure were took as an example to analyze the treatment effect. 206 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis under continuous treatment for one week, after which we found that the blood amylase and DAO of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the blood amylase and DAO of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(p<0.05). 50 cases of ICU hospitalized critically ill patients with gastrointestinal function failure were selected, who were divided into treatment group(30cases) and control group(20 cases). The total effective rate of treatment group(83.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(55%)(p<0.05), but the CRP and content of lactic acid of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05). Rhubarb pharmacological effects included diarrhea, protective effect of cerebral ischemia, and vascular drug effects. Rhubarb was widely used in clinical treatment of severe pancreatitis and gastrointestinal function failure, and it had obvious effect on antidiarrheal, anti-tumor, and brain protection, and it had value in promotion and use.
