植物提取物鞣花酸是广泛存在于多种植物中的重要生物活性物质之一,阐述其药理作用、提取分离纯化及制剂研究具有非常重要的现实意义。本研究通过查阅近年来国内外文献,研究表明植物提取物鞣花酸具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌等多种药理作用;通过酸解法辅助超声波、表面活性剂、响应曲面法等优化提高提取效率,兼有溶剂法、氧化法、生物酶法提取法;采用碱溶酸沉法、高效逆流色谱、大孔树脂吸附技术进一步分离与纯化得到生产原料;采用纳米技术研制纳米载体制剂,提高其在体内的生物利用度和延长作用时间,并对制剂的处方及工艺进行分析。以期为其扩大临床应用提供依据。
Abstract:Ellagic acid, which exists widely in a variety of plants, is one of the major biological active substances,and it is a great practical significance to research about its pharmacological action, extraction, isolation, purification and preparation. By reviewing the literatures at home and abroad in recent years, the research showed that ellagic acid had antioxidant, anti-tumor, antibacterial and other pharmacological effects; Extracted by acid hydrolysis assisting ultrasonic, surface active agent, or response surface method for optimizing the extraction efficiency,also contained the solvent method, oxidation method, and biological enzyme method; Separated and purificated for production materials by alkali soluble acid precipitation method, high performance counter current chromatography,or macroporous resin adsorption technology; Developed nano preparation by nano carrier technology for improving the bioavailability and prolonging the action time of the ellagic acid in vivo, with analyzing formulation and preparation process. The article can provide a literature basis for the expansion of clinical applications of ellagic acid.
