为了对他氟前列素用于开角型青光眼治疗提供实验依据,本研究对比观察抗青光眼新药他氟前列素和常用药物拉坦前列素治疗慢性开角型青光眼的疗效。我们选取2014年08月至2015年12月我院收治的120例原发性慢性开角型青光眼患者,按随机数字表法分为他氟前列素组(0.001 5%,1次/d,1滴/次)和拉坦前列素组(0.005%,1次/d,1滴/次),对比观察两组患者的眼压、视野缺损、角膜中央厚度、前房深度和视网膜中央动脉血流动力学指标。研究结果如下:(1)治疗后两组的眼压和视野缺损度显著降低(p<0.05),且拉坦前列素组的视野缺损改善更为显著(p<0.05);(2)治疗后两组的角膜中央厚度显著降低(p<0.05),但两组的前房深度与治疗前比较无差异(p>0.05);(3)治疗后两组的PSV、EDV升高而RI降低(p<0.05)。以上结果提示,新药他氟前列素对青光眼患者的治疗效果与临床常用药物拉坦前列素相当,同时在改善患者的视野缺损度方面优于拉坦前列素,且安全性好,值得临床推广使用。
Abstract：To provide experimental basis for the usage of tafluprost in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma, we evaluated the efficacy of new medicine tafluprost and common medicine latanoprost in the treatment of chronic open-angle glaucoma. We selected 120 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma in our hospital from August2014 to December 2015, and divided them into tafluprost groups(0.001 5%, 1 time/day, 1 drop/time) and latanoprost groups(0.005%, 1 time/day, 1 drop/time) according to the random number table method. We observed and compared the intraocular pressure, visual field defect, central corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth and central retinal artery hemodynamics of the two groups. The research results were as follows:(1) The IOP and visual field defect of the two groups significantly decreased after treatment(p<0.05), and the improvement in visual field defect was more significant in the tafluprost group(p<0.05);(2) The central corneal thickness of the two groups significantly decreased after treatment(p<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the anterior chamber depth(p >0.05);(3) PSV, EDV increased while RI decreased after treatment(p <0.05).These results showed that the new medicine tafluprost might have equivalent efficacy with the common medicine latanoprost in the treatment of open-angle gla ucoma. Tafluprost would be better than latanoprost in improving visual field defect, and it was safe and worth using widely.
