探讨益生菌对妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗相关性腹泻(CID)的治疗效果。选择本院2016年2月6月因妇科恶性肿瘤住院并发生CID的患者共126例,使用随机数字表将研究对象随机分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组63例,按照常规治疗(洛哌丁胺),实验组63例,在对照组基础上使用益生菌治疗;观察指标主要为患者平均腹泻持续时间、腹泻临床治疗效果、不良反应、KPS评分和免疫指标。对照组腹泻持续时间为(4.85±0.22)d,高于实验组(2.92±0.16)d,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);实验组总有效率为92.06%,高于对照组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);实验组和对照组治疗后均有2例出现不良反应,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);治疗后实验组KPS评分为86分,高于对照组75分,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);实验组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p均<0.05),但实验组和对照组CD8+的含量并没有统计学意义(p>0.05)。益生菌可缩短妇科恶性肿瘤CID患者的腹泻持续时间,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者健康状况,提高患者的免疫力,值得在临床广泛推广使用。
Abstract：To explore the effects of probiotics on the treatment of CID for patients with gynecological malignant tumor.126 CID patients with gynecological malignant tumor who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2016 were selected.Participants were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table,the 63 patients in the control group were treated with the routine care(lope amide),while another 63 patients in experiment group were treated with probiotics besides routine care.Then the mean duration of diarrhea,the side effects of Chemotherapy,the clinical therapeutic effects,KPS scores and immune parameters in the two groups were observed and analyzed.The duration of diarrhea was 4.85±0.22 d in the control group which was higher than(2.92±0.16) d of the experiment group with statistically significant difference(p <0.0 5);both two groups have 2 cases of patients with side effects with no statistically difference(p>0.05);The KPS scores was 86 in the experiment group which was higher than 75 of the control group with statistically significant difference(p<0.05);The CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ parameters in the experiment group which was higher than the control group with statistically significant difference(p<0.05);The CD8+ in the experiment group have no statistically significant difference compared with the control group with(p>0.05).Probiotics could shorten the duration of CID,improve the clinical therapeutic effects and health status,and strengthen the immune system,could be widely used in the clinic.
