细菌二组分体信号传导蛋白动态定位的研究进展

摘要:

二组分体普遍存在于细菌当中,它能够帮助细胞感知外界信号刺激并且作出应答,从而使细菌能够适应外界的环境。二组分体蛋白的特异性定位与细胞周期进程、细胞分化、细胞毒性和趋化作用有着密切的关系。本研究回顾和总结了细菌二组分体蛋白的定位过程和分子机制,以及特异性定位的二组分体蛋白对于细菌生长的生物意义。

Abstract:

The two-component systems commonly exsist in bacteria, which can sense and respond to specific external signal stimulations so that bacteria can adapt to the outside changing environment. The specific localization of two-component proteins has close relationship with cell cycle progression, cell differentiation,cytotoxicity and chemotaxis. The paper reviewed and summarized the localization process and molecular mechanism of two-component proteins as well as the biological significance of specific localization of two-component proteins for bacterial growth.
