绵羊产羔数相关基因的研究进展

摘要:

产羔数是现代养羊生产中最重要的经济性状之一,显著影响绵羊饲养的经济效益。绵羊产羔数属低遗传力(0.030.1)性状,常规育种方法遗传改良进展缓慢。随着现代分子生物技术的发展,产羔数相关分子标记已在绵羊生产中广泛应用,为提高绵羊繁殖力取得了一定成绩。此综述详述了绵羊产羔数相关主效基因如Fec B、BMP15、GDF9及IGF1、ESR、Ki SS1等候选基因的研究进展及应用,旨在为我国绵羊产羔数性状的遗传改良和培育我国特有的高繁殖力肉用绵羊新品种(系)提供科学依据。

Abstract:

In modern sheep production, litter size is one of the most important economic traits, which can significantly affect the economic benefits of sheep raising. The litter size of sheep is low-heritability traits(0.030.1), so it is difficult to get large genetic progress in the short term by the conventional breeding methods.With the development of modern molecular biology technologies, molecular markers related to litter size have been widely used in sheep production and achieved a remarkable success in improving fecundity. The current review summarized the detailed information that scientists have got about major genes and candidate genes related to sheep litter size such as Fec B, BMP15, GDF9 and IGF1, ESR, Ki SS1, which aims at providing scientific basis for genetic improvement of litter size and cultivating new mutton breeds(lines) with high fecundity in our countries.
