观察高压氧治疗高血压脑出血恢复期的临床疗效,我们选取2013年3月~2016年1月我院收治的高血压脑出血患者94例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例,对照组给予常规疗法进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用高压氧疗法进行治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗后1、3个月脑出血病损评分和肢体运动积分情况。发现经治疗后,观察组的脑出血评分和肢体运动积分改善情况显著优于对照组(p<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。因此,对于高血压脑出血患者给予高压氧辅助治疗能够有效促进患者肢体运动功能的恢复,提高患者生活质量。

To observe the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of recovery phase of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,we selected 94 patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from March2013 to January 2016 as research objects. We randomly divided them into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group. We treated all patients of the control group with conventional therapy,and treated all patients of the observation group with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of conventional therapy. We compared the cerebral hemorrhage defect scores and limb movement scores of the two groups before treatment,after 1 month and after 3 months. We found that the improvement of cerebral hemorrhage defect scores and limb movement scores of the observation group ware significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05),and the difference had statistical significance. Therefore,treating patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with hyperbaric oxygen therapy would effectively promote the recovery of limb movement function and improve the life quality.
