光敏色素是植物感受红光-远红光的受体,在植物的光形态建成过程中发挥着重要作用。光敏色素包括两种类型,即生理钝化型-红光吸收型和生理激活型-远红光吸收型。光敏色素吸收红光后转变为远红光吸收型,通过远红光和红光之间的可逆转换作用从而调节植物的生理活动。本综述介绍了红光-远红光的受体光敏色素在植物光形态建成方面的作用与信号转导的研究进展。
Abstract:Phytochromes are photoreceptors in plants for red-far and red light, which play an important role in plant photomorphogenesis. Phytochromes include two types: physiological passivation type-Pfr and physiological activation-Pr. Phytochromes absorb red light and then changes into Pfr. It can regulate the physiological activities of plants through the FR and R reversible conversion function. The review summarized the recent advances in the function and signal transduction of red light-far red light receptor phytochrome in photomorphogenesis.
