药用植物中WRKY转录因子基因家族的研究进展

摘要:

WRKY转录因子是一类在植物中被广泛研究的基因家族,因其结构域N末端具有高度保守的WRKYGQK氨基酸序列而命名,该转录因子能识别结构基因序列中的W-box并进行特异性结合,从而参与调控结构基因的表达和植物体的生命活动。同时,WRKY转录因子基因家族成员能调控植物次生代谢产物的过程,参与次生代谢产物的生物合成,并成为药用植物次生代谢产物研究的热点。本研究对WRKY转录因子的分类规则、结构特点及生物学功能等方面的研究进行综述,并对5种药用植物中WRKY基因家族研究进展进行总结,以期为药用植物的WRKY基因家族的深入研究提供参考,更为药用植物细胞工厂提供新思路。

Abstract:

WRKY transcription factor gene family is widely studied in many plants. WRKY transcription factor is named from a highly conserved WRKYGQK amino acid sequence at the N-terminus of the domain. WRKY transcription factor' W-BOX can also be specific binding with the structural gene. Combine and regulate the expression of structural genes to participate in plant life activities. Members of the WRKY gene family participate in the regulation of a variety of plant secondary metabolites. This study summarizes the research on the classification,structure, and function of WRKY transcription factor, and summarizes and reviews the research progress of the WRKY gene family in medicinal plants. This study will provide a reference for the research of the WRKY gene family of other medicinal plants that also provide new ideas for medicinal plant cell factories.
