为了调查食品中蜡样芽胞杆菌的污染状况,以及蜡样芽胞杆菌毒力基因的分布情况,采集了419份食物样本,从样本中分离出32株蜡样芽胞杆菌,检出率为7.6%。应用hblA、hblC、hblD三重基因,nheA、nheB、nheC三重基因,entFM、bceT、ces三重基因的实时荧光PCR体系对阳性样本进行毒力基因分布的研究。结果表明,hblA、hblC、hblD基因检出率均为53.1%;nhe A、nhe B、nheC基因检出率分别为65.6%、90.6%、87.5%;entFM和bceT基因检出率分别为96.9%和53.1%,携带ces基因的仅有一株。除ces基因外,携带上述八种基因的菌株占阳性菌株的34.4%。
Abstract:To investigate the contamination status of Bacillus cereus in food and distribution of virulence genes of Bacillus cereus, we collected 419 food samples and isolated 32 strains of Bacillus cereus from the samples, with detection rate of 7.6%. The distribution of virulence genes in positive samples was studied by real-time fluorescent PCR system with triple genes of hblA-hblC-hblD, nheA-nhe-nheC, ces-entFM-bceT. The result showed that the detection rates of hblA, hblC, hblD genes were 53.1%, the detection rates of nheA, nheB, nheC genes were 65.6%,90.6%, 87.5%, respectively, and the detection rates of entFM and bceT genes were 96.9% and 53.1%, respectively.Only one strain carried the ces gene. Except for ces gene, the strains carrying the above eight genes accounted for34.4% of the positive strains.
