有机磷类杀虫剂对水生动物神经和内分泌功能的影响

摘要:

研究有机磷类杀虫剂对水生动物神经和内分泌功能的影响,选取90条普通泥鳅作为本次研究对象,将泥鳅放入不同浓度的乐果溶液中,观察其在不同溶液中的症状和24 h死亡情况,同时比较不同浓度溶液泥鳅肝脏中乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)活性。随着乐果溶液浓度的增加,其溶液内泥鳅的死亡率明显增加,3组不同浓度的乐果溶液中泥鳅的死亡率比较,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);随着乐果溶液浓度的增加,其溶液内泥鳅肝脏中ACh E活性不断下降,3组泥鳅肝脏中ACh E活性比较,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。有机磷杀虫剂可以在水生动物体内形成富集作用,随着时间的增加,使其在生物体内的蓄积量不断增加,抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性,使水生动物失去水解乙酰胆碱(ACh)的能力,对其神经系统造成危害,并对肝脏等实质性脏器存在严重的毒性效应。本研究通过研究普通泥鳅在不同浓度乐果溶液中的反应及24 h内死亡情况,并采用Ellman法分析其肝脏内ACh E活性,进而说明有机磷类杀虫剂对水生动物神经和内分泌功能的影响,对环境保护具有积极作用。

Abstract:

To study the influence of organophosphorus pesticides in neural and endocrine function of aquatic animal,I selected 90 ordinary loaches as the research object and put these loaches in different concentrations of dimethoate solution.Then I observed the symptom and mortality in different solution within 24 hours;at the same time,I compared activity of acetylcholinesterase(ACh E) of loaches' livers in solution of different concentrations.The results showed that the mortality of loaches in solution was markedly increased with the increase of dimethoate solution concentration.Mortality rates compared to the loach in three groups of different concentration of dimethoate solution,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).With the increase of dimethoate solution concentration,the ACh E of loaches' livers in solution was markedly falling;ACh E activity compared to the three groups loach liver,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Organophosphorus pesticides can form the enrichment in the aquatic animals.With the increase of time,organophosphorus pesticides grow in volume of organisms and inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase that make aquatic animals lost the ability to hydrolyze acetylcholine(ACh),cause harm to the nervous system,and exist serious toxic effect on the liver and other viscera.In this study,through the research on symptoms and deaths of ordinary loaches in different concentrations of dimethoate solution at 24 h,I analyze the ACh E activity in the livers using method of Ellman;furthermore,explain the influence of organophosphorus pesti-cides in neural and endocrine function of aquatic animal which play a positive role for environmental protection.
