为了探讨治疗性沟通系统(therapeutic communication system,TCS)对MHVR患者的生活质量的影响。选择90例于心外科门诊就诊的MHVR患者作为研究对象,将患者分为干预组和对照组,每组45例。干预组患者采用TCS模式进行护理干预,对照组患者采用常规健康教育方法进行护理干预。在干预前后采用中文版SF-36健康调查量表评价两组患者的生活质量。结果显示,在干预前和干预后1个月,两组患者SF-36总分及各个因子得分比较,差异无统计学意义(均p>0.05);在干预第3个月后,干预组在总分及4个因子得分(生理功能(PF),生理职能(RP),情感职能(RE)和精神健康(MH)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。本研究表明,TCS可显著改善MHVR患者的生活质量。
Abstract：In order to investigate the effect of therapeutic communication system(TCS) on the quality of life in patients with MHVR. A total of 90 patients were recruited from the outpatient department of cardiac surgery as the study subjects. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group, 45 cases in each group.Patients in the intervention group used TCS mode for nursing interventions, and patients in the control group used conventional health education methods for nursing interventions. Before and after the intervention, the Chinese version of the SF-36 health survey scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups of patients. The results showed that before intervention and 1 months after the intervention, there were no significant differences in the total score and the score for every factor of SF-36(p>0.05). But 3 months after intervention, the total score and four factor scores(physiological function(PF), physiological function(RP), emotional function(RE), and mental health(MH)) in the intervention group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.05). This study showed that TCS may significantly improve the quality of life of MHVR patients.
