植物萜烯合酶基因研究进展

摘要:

萜烯合酶(terpene synthase,TPS)是植物代谢途径中的重要酶类,主要调控萜类化合物的合成。TPS通过催化萜烯前体形成挥发性物质,能够显著增强植物挥发性信号。萜类化合物是植物气味挥发物的主要成分,对提高植物的抗病性及调节生长发育有重要作用。本文简述了TPS的结构、其参与萜类化合物的合成途径及TPS基因家族的分类,详细阐述并总结了TPS基因在植物中的调控机制,为进一步利用TPS开展基因工程研究、定向培育植物新种质提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Terpene synthase(TPS) is an important type of enzyme in plant metabolic pathways, which mainly regulates the synthesis of terpenoids. TPS can significantly enhance plant volatile signals by catalyzing the formation of volatile substances from terpene precursors. Terpenoids are the main components of plant odor volatiles, and play pivotal roles in improving plant disease resistance and regulating growth and development. In this paper, the structure of TPS, and its participation in the synthesis pathway of terpenoids and the classification of TPS gene family were briefly described, the regulation mechanism of TPS gene in plants were elaborated and summarized in detail, which will provide reference for further genetic engineering research and directional cultivation development of new plant germplasm of plants by using TPS.
