天山雪莲,又称高山雪莲,菊科多年生草本植物,是我国珍贵的高山药用植物,含有多种对人体机能的有益成份,它能对人体起到极好的调理和保健作用受到人们的普遍关注。本综述首先介绍了天山雪莲的生理生态;其次就天山雪莲的组织培养进行概述,包括外植体、激素、培养条件对天山雪莲组织培养的影响;最后,介绍了近几年天山雪莲分子生物学方面及其他方面的研究成果。
Abstract:Saussurea involuerata Kar. et Kir.(S. involuerata), a kind of composite and perennial herbage plant, is a rare and precious alpine medicinal plants with high medicinal value, it can regulate human's body and has health care function, therefore attracts attention of many scholars. This article first introduces the physiology and ecology of S. involuerata, then summarized the tissue culture S. involuerata, including the effect of explant, hormone, and culture condition on the tissue culture of S. involuerata. Lastly, it introduces molecular biology and other aspects of the S. involuerata research results in recent years which were reviewed.
