广西割手密(S.spontaneum L.)类群过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘要：
采用垂直板状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对采集自广西各地的50个割手密样本的过氧化物酶同工酶进行分析,据同工酶谱的特点,供试材料可区分为12个类群。对这些类群的地理分布特点以及进化关系进行了初步讨论。
Abstract：The isoenzymes of peroxidase extracted from the leaves of Saccharum spontaneum were analysed with the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The result shows that the samples tested may divided into 12 groups,according to the isoenzymatic patterns.The geographical distribution and possible evolutionary relationship were also discussed.
