人血清白蛋白作为血浆容量扩充剂用途广泛 ,是当前的研究热点之一。本文综述了其结构组成、功能和表达现状。用基因工程大幅度提高 r HSA的表达产量是目前重组人血清白蛋白研究的关键问题
Abstract：Human Serum Albumin(HSA) has the wide range of application for the blood plasma capacity extension dissolvent, and is one of the hot point of current research. This paper summarized the advances of its construction, function and expression present condition. Now the key problem that study the recombinant HSA is the higher expression of rHSA by genetic engineering.
