为了探讨多方协同护理对胃癌患者术后胃肠道功能以及生存质量的影响,本研究选取我院手术治疗的180例胃癌患者作为研究对象,其中90例患者围手术期采用多方协同护理方法护理(协调组)、90例患者采用常规护理方法护理(常规组),对比两组患者术后胃肠道功能的恢复及生存质量。协同组患者的术后肠胃恢复功能显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);术后,协同组患者的功能子量表评分均显著的高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);协同组患者的症状子量表评分均显著的低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);协同组患者相对于常规组的EORTC-QLQ-C30量表整体生命质量评分具有明显上升,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。研究证明了协同护理对胃癌患者术后胃肠道功能的恢复具有促进作用,并可提高患者的生存质量。
Abstract：To explore the effect of multi-party nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after operation, 180 cases of gastric cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the object of this study. Among them, 90 patients were treated with multiple cooperative nursing methods(coordination group) and 90 patients were treated with routine nursing Nursing(routine group), compared with the two groups of patients after gastrointestinal function recovery and quality of life. The postoperative gastrointestinal recovery function in the synergistic group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(p<0.05).After operation, the scores of functional subscale in the co-operative group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(p<0.05). The score of symptom subscale in the synergistic group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(p<0.05). Compared with the normal group, the overall qualityof life score of the EORTC-QLQ-C30 scale in the synergistic group increased significantly(p<0.05). The results show that multi coordinated nursing plays a positive role in the recovery of gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after operation.
