生防细菌在植物病害防治中的应用

摘要:

生防细菌资源极为丰富,因其具有对环境友好的优点使之成为植物病害防控技术研究的热点。本文阐述了植物内生细菌和根际细菌的筛选、鉴定和活性测定技术,介绍了芽孢杆菌、假单胞菌和其它生防细菌的应用概况和作用机理,论述了生防细菌制剂商业化生产与大田应用可能遇到的问题,提出生防细菌的基因改造和制剂复配可能成为今后技术研发的关键。

Abstract:

Biocontrol bacteria play a very important role in prevention and controlling of plant diseases and they have been paid more attention because they are rich in natural resources and friendly to environment. This article reviewed the screening identification and activity characterization techniques of endophytic bacteria and rhizosphere bacteria. Furthermore, we showed the utilization and mechanism of Bacillus spp., Pseudomonas spp. and other biocontrol bacteria. We discussed the possible problems of commercial production and field application. We suggest that gene modified and compound of biocontrol bacteria will become central issues in future.
