三种药用植物多糖体外抗氧化性对比

摘要:

本研究以总还原能力、清除羟自由基能力、清除超氧阴离子自由基能力和清除DPPH能力为指标,比较微波提取法和热水浸提法对白芷、白及和桔梗多糖抗氧化性的影响。结果表明:各个提取条件下,4项指标与多糖的浓度呈量效关系,多糖浓度为10 mg/m L时抗氧化能力最强。总还原能力大小依次为水提白及>微波白及>微波白芷>水提白芷>微波桔梗>水提桔梗;清除羟自由基·OH的能力为:微波桔梗>水提桔梗>微波白及>水提白及>微波白芷>水提白芷;清除超氧阴离子自由基O2~-·的能力为:水提白芷>微波白芷>微波白及>微波桔梗>水提白及>水提桔梗;清除DPPH的能力为:微波桔梗>水提桔梗>微波白及>水提白及>微波白芷=水提白芷=0。综合各因素考虑,微波提取法优于热水浸提法,其中白及多糖表现出较好的抗氧化性,在四种指标检测结果中效果显著。

Abstract:

In this research,we used the capabilities on redox and removal of hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion radicals and DPPH radicals as indexes to compare the effects of microwave extraction method and hot water extraction method on polysaccharide antioxidation of Angelica dahurica,Bletilla striata,and Platycodon grandiflorus.The results showed that the concentration of the polysaccharides was correlated with the capabilities on four indexes.The antioxidation reached the highest at the polysaccharides concentration of 10 mg/m L.The order based on the total redox capability was hot water Bletilla striata>microwave Bletilla striata>microwave Angelica dahurica>hot water Angelica dahurica>microwave Platycodon grandiflorus>hot water Platycodon grandiflorus.The order based on the capability to remove hydroxyl radicals was microwave Platycodon grandiflorus>hot water Platycodon grandiflorus>microwave Bletilla striata>hot water Bletilla striata>microwave Angelica dahurica>hot water Angelica dahurica.The order based on the capability to remove superoxide anion radical was hot water Angelica dahurica>microwave Angelica dahurica>microwave Bletilla striata>microwave Platycodon grandiflorus>hot water Bletilla striata>hot water Platycodon grandiflorus.The order based on the capability to remove DPPH radical was microwave Platycodon grandiflorus>hot water Platycodon grandiflorus>microwave Bletilla striata>hot water Bletilla striata>microwave Angelica dahurica=hot water Angelica dahurica=0.Comprehensively,microwave extraction method was better than hot water extraction method,and the antioxidation of polysaccharide from Bletilla striata was excellent among the four indexes detection result.
