为了解苏太猪(♂)×香猪(♀) F1代JHDM1A基因与生长性状的相关性。试验采用61头苏×香F1代杂交猪为研究对象,应用PCR扩增及PCR-RFLP技术对杂交猪JHDM1A基因的3'-UTR区多态性进行生长相关性分析。结果表明,JHDM1A基因3'-UTR区的g.244C>G位点与体长、臀腿围、体重、胸围和体高均存在显著(p<0.05)或极显著(p<0.01)相关,CG基因型生长性能优于CC基因型,C等位基因频率高于G等位基因。因此,该位点多态性可作为猪生长性能相关基因进行考察。
Abstract:In order to understand the correlation between JHDM1 A gene and growth traits in Su tai pig(♂)×Xiang pig(♀) F1 generation, This study selected 61 individuals of Su × Xiang F1 generation hybrid pigs as materials.PCR amplification and PCR-RFLP technique were used on growth correlation analysis of the 3'-UTR region polymorphism of JHDM1 A gene in hybrid pigs. The results showed that g.244 C >G locus in 3'-UTR region of JHDM1 A gene was significantly correlated with body length, hip and leg circumference, body weight, chest circumference and body height(p<0.05) or extremely significant(p<0.01). The growth performance of CG genotype was better than CC genotype, and the frequency of C allele was higher than G allele. Therefore, the polymorphism of the locus could be studied as the growth traits related genes in pigs.
