牛布鲁氏菌病原快速检测技术研究

摘要:

由布鲁氏菌所引起的布鲁氏菌病,主要特征为发热、流产,是世界范围之内人畜共患慢性细菌传染病,对多种动物的健康带来了严重的影响,同时也影响着人们的生命健康和生产生活。布鲁氏菌能够感染多种家畜、野生动物,也可以感染人类,给国家、养殖户以及生产者带来了严重的损失,还会引起一系列公共卫生的问题。基于此,研究布鲁氏菌检查办法,能够为该病的预防和治疗提供针对性的解决信息。本研究主要阐述了免疫学ELASA和PCR等布鲁氏菌检测技术,这些快速检测技术均能够准确的检测出布鲁氏菌。

Abstract:

Brucella disease is caused by Brucella and characterized by fever and abortion. It is a zoonotic and chronic bacterial infectious disease in the world, which has brought serious influence on the health of a variety of animals, and also affects the health and production and living of people. Brucella can infect a variety of livestock,wild animals and also humans, which can cause serious losses to the country, farmers and producers, and also brings about a series of problems in public health. Based on this, the study on the inspection methods of Brucella can provide targeted information for the prevention and treatment of disease. This research mainly expounded the ELISA and PCR immunological detection technology of Brucella, which are able to accurately detect Brucella.
