有机铬制剂对生长肥育猪生产性能和胴体品质的影响

摘要:

选择平均体重约 1 5 kg的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪 60头 ,随机分成对照组 ( 组 )、试验 组和试验 组 ,进行为期 1 1 0 d (前期 60 d,后期 5 0 d)的试验。研究有机铬制剂 (蛋白质和肽类络合铬 )对生长肥育猪的生产性能、血清生化指标及胴体品质的影响。试验饲粮处理为 :对照组前、后两期均不添加铬制剂 (含铬 0 μg/ kg) ,试验 I组全期添加有机铬制剂 (含铬 2 0 0 μg/ kg) ,试验 组前期不添加有机铬制剂 (含铬 0μg/ kg) ,后期添加有机铬制剂 (含铬 2 0 0μg/ kg)。结果表明 :全期饲粮中添加有机铬制剂 ,一定程度上可改善生长肥育猪的生产性能 ,提高日增重和饲料利用率 ;而对猪血清生化指标似无显著影响。全期添加或仅后期添加有机铬制剂均可增加胴体瘦肉率、降低体脂肪而改善胴体品质 ,且以后期添加效果更好

Abstract:

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary Chromiumprotein complex (CrProt) on performance, blood biochemical parameters and carcass quality of growingfinishing pigs.60 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshine ternary crossed pigs averaging 15 kg in initial body weight were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ three groups 20 pigs each group for 110 d feeding trial.The diets were supplemented with 200 (Ⅰ,from beginning to end of the trial) ,200 (Ⅱ,from middle to end of the trial) and 0 (Ⅲ,control) ug/kg,respectively. The results showed the daily weight gain, and feed efficiency in group Ⅰwere better than in control group. There were not significant difference in serum biochemical parameters, such as the concentrate of glucose, total protein, cholesterol,highdensity lipoprotein,lowdensity lipoprotein,triacylglycerol, urea nitrogen and the activities of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase among groups. Addition of organic CrPro to diet of pig, whether in growingfinishing whole period (15~90 kg) or only finishing period, could increase the percentage of lean, decrease the percentage of fat, and improve the carcass quality.
