H-FABP基因在临床医学和畜牧生产上应用研究进展

摘要:

心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白是一种可溶性的小分子细胞内非酶蛋白质,对生物多项功能有着十分重要的调控作用,因此成为了临床医学和畜牧生产两大领域的研究热点。本文综述了近年来H-FABP基因作为实用型特异性心肌损伤标志物在治疗多种心血管疾病中发挥其重要作用的研究实例,同时介绍了其在畜牧生产方面的相关研究,并探讨了作为影响畜禽生长性能和提高其肉质性质的候选基因的实际意义。

Abstract:

Heart type fatty acid binding protein is a soluble small intracellular non-enzymatic protein, which has a fundamental regulative effect to various of biological functions. Thus it became a research hotspot on the fields of clinical medicine and livestock production. This article had reviewed some research cases about H-FABP gene which played a vital role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases as a practical specific marker. Meanwhile this article introduced some relevant researches on livestock production, and explored the practical significance as a candidate gene which related to affect animal growth performance and improve the meat quality properties.
