为探讨诺丽果对于长跑运动后氧化压力、组织伤害与分解反应的影响,本研究设计交叉试验,招募10名大学生运动员作为受试者,分为对照组和诺立组,其中诺立组每天饮用120 mL果汁共7 d,于最后一次饮用后1 d所有受试者均进行单次3 h的长跑运动,跑步距离为各受试者最佳马拉松速度的85%。在运动前、运动后立即、2 h后和12 h后分别抽血并分离血清进行生化分析,分析项目包含氧化压力(丙二醛,超氧岐化酶)、炎症(白介素6)、组织损伤(肌酸激酶,天门冬氨酸转氨酶,丙氨酸转氨酶)与分解合成指标(睾酮,皮质醇)。研究发现长跑运动后丙二醛、白介素6、肌酸激酶、皮质醇显著上升,而睾酮与睾酮/皮质醇比值(T/C值)显著降低。诺丽组的超氧岐化酶活性显著高于对照组。而诺丽组于运动后丙二醛浓度显著高于对照组,但白介素6、睾酮、睾酮/皮质醇比率显著低于对照组。本研究说明,虽然诺丽果可以提升抗氧化酶活性与降低运动后的炎症反应,但是应注意其增加运动后氧化伤害与降低合成反应的负面效果。
Abstract:To investigate the effects of noni fruit on oxidative stress, tissue damage and decomposition after long-distance running, 10 college athletes were recruited as subjects for the crossover study and be divided into control group and noni group. Subjects in noni group were asked to drink 120 m L of fruit juice daily for 7 d and on the day after the last drink, all subjects had a one-time 3-hour long run at 85% of the best marathon speed for each oneself. Blood samples were taken at point of before exercise, immediately after exercise, 2 h and 12 h after exercise, and biochemical analysis was performed to analyze the oxidative stress(malon dialdehyde, superoxide dismutase), inflammation(interleukin 6), tissue damage(creatine kinase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase) and decomposition and synthesis index(testosterone, cortisol). The results showed that malon dialdehyde, interleukin 6, creatine kinase and cortisol significantly increased after long-distance running, while T/C ratio of testosterone and testosterone/cortisol significantly decreased. The superoxide dismutase activity in noni group was significantly higher than the control group. However, the concentration of malon dialdehyde in noni group was significantly higher than that in control group, but the ratio of testosterone, testosterone and testosterone/cortisol was significantly lower than that of control group. This study concluded that although noni fruit can enhance antioxidant enzyme activity and reduce inflammation after exercise, but should pay attention to its increased oxidative damage after exercise and reduce the negative effects of synthetic reactions.
