本研究选取贵州省中医医院100名急性期膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,分为消肿止痛散治疗组和西医治疗组(扶他林乳胶剂)各50名,分类观测膝关节Baily评分、关节液中PGE2和IL-β的含量及治疗前后膝关节周径变化,以评价其临床疗效,以揭示消肿止痛散应用在膝骨关节炎急性肿胀期治疗中的消肿止痛作用。研究发现,治疗组中17例临床控制,20例显效,8例有效,5例无效,总有效率为90.00%(45/50);对照组中8例临床控制,18例显效,12例有效,12例无效,总体有效率76.00%(38/50)。本研究初步结论表明,消肿止痛散外敷治疗急性肿胀期膝关节炎临床疗效显著,副作用少,操作简便,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of detumescence analgesic powder and reveal its repercussive and analgesic function in the treatment of acute knee osteoarthritis at intumescent stage, 100 patients with acute knee osteoarthritis at intumescent stage in the Guizhou Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects and were divided into detumescence analgesic powder treatment group and western medicine treatment group(Votalin emulgel) with 50 cases in each, and the knee joint Baily score, the content of PGE2 and IL-β in synovial fluid and the perimeter changes of knee joint before and after the treatment were classified and observed. Results showed that in the treatment group, 17 cases were clinically controlled, 20 cases got significant therapeutical effectiveness, 8 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.00%(45/50); in the control group, 8 cases were clinically controlled, 18 cases got significant therapeutical effectiveness, 12 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, and the overall effective rate was 76.00%(38/50).This study preliminarily concluded that the clinic curative effect of detumescence analgesic powder external application in the treatment of acute knee osteoarthritis at intumescent stage was obvious with few side effects and convenient operation, which was worthy of clinical application.
