凤眼莲的胚胎学研究 Ⅰ.大孢子的发生和雌配子体的发育

摘要:

凤眼莲的孢原细胞发生于胚珠原基表皮细胞以內的一个细胞。孢原细胞进行平周分裂形成一个周缘细胞和一个造孢细胞。造孢细胞直接发育成大孢子母细胞,它进行减数分裂形成四个呈T—形排列的大孢子,只有合点端的一个大孢子发育成胚囊。单核胚囊经三次有丝分裂,形成八核胚囊,即雌配子体。成熟胚囊内具七个细胞。胚囊属单孢子的蓼型胚囊。

Archesporium of Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms is developed beneath the hypodermal cell of the nucellus primordium. The archesporium is divided into a parietal cell and a sporogenous cell, by the periclinal division. The megaspore mather cell is derived from the sporogenous cell, and divided into four megaspores by the meiotic division, megaspores present the rank of T—type,among which only one near chalaza can be developed to the embryo sac. The monocaryotic embryo sac undergoes mitoses, thus the embryo sac of the eight nuclei is formed, that is the megagametophyte. The mature embryo sac has seven cells. The embryo sac belongs to the monosporic embryo sac of polygonum type.
