中药调节MUC5AC改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究进展

摘要:

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)是近年来死亡率较高的疾病,所以COPD的防治极为重要。COPD的病理特征之一是气道黏液分泌多,黏蛋白5AC(mucin 5AC, MUC5AC)作为气道黏液中重要的黏蛋白,与黏液分泌密不可分,是治疗COPD的一个枢纽。黄酮类、酚类等中药活性成分及中药复方已被证实能够通过多种途径调节MUC5AC的表达水平,进而发挥改善COPD的作用。本综述对中药防治COPD的主要信号通路做了详细介绍,旨在说明中药及其活性成分能通过不同的通路调节MUC5AC表达来防治COPD,为中药防治COPD提供新途径。

Abstract:

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) has been a disease with a high mortality rate in recent years, so the prevention and treatment of COPD is extremely important. One of the pathological characteristics of COPD is the high secretion of airway mucus, while mucin 5AC(MUC5AC), as an important mucin in airway mucus, is inseparable from mucus secretion and a hub for the treatment of COPD. It has been found that flavonoids, phenols and other traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients and traditional Chinese medicine compounds have been proved to regulate the expression level of MUC5AC in many ways, and then play a role in improving COPD. In this review, we introduced in detail the main signaling pathways for the prevention and treatment of COPD by traditional Chinese medicine, aiming to show that traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients can regulate COPD by adjusting the expression of MUC5AC through different pathways, providing a new way for traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat COPD.
