中华绒螯蟹肠棕气单胞菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘要:

为分析患病中华绒螯蟹(Eriochheir sinensis)的病因,从病蟹肝脏中分离纯化细菌并进行鉴定。通过细菌平板划线的方法从病蟹中分离得到了3株优势菌HX170701、HX170702和HX170703。通过革兰氏染色,氧化酶试验,生化鉴定,16S rRNA基因系统进化分析,确定这3株菌均为肠棕气单胞菌(Aeromonas enteropelogenes)。药敏试验结果显示该菌对检测的4种氨基糖苷类药物、4种氟喹诺酮类药物、2种酰胺醇类药物、2种磺胺类药物和四环素、多粘菌素B敏感,对红霉素、利福平中度敏感,对氨苄西林、头孢氨苄、新生霉素、林可霉素耐药,可选用敏感药物氟苯尼考、庆大霉素或者恩诺沙星进行抗菌治疗。实验结果为中华绒螯蟹细菌病防治提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

In order to analyze the cause of the diseased Eriocheir sinensis,bacteria were isolated and purified from the liver of the diseased Eriocheir sinensis and identified.Three predominant bacteria strains named HX170701,HX170702,HX170703 were isolated and purified from livers of diseased Eriochheir sinensis by streaking method,which were further identified as Aeromonas enteropeloge nes by means of gram stain,oxidase test,biochemical identification,sequencing of 16 S rRNA gene and phylogenetic analysis.The antibiotic sensitivity test showed that three strains were sensitive to aminoglycosides,quinolones,amphenicols,sulfonamides,tetracycline and polymyxin B,and intermediate sensitive to erythromycin and rifampicin,while they were resistance to ampicillin,cephalexin,novobiocin and lincomycin.So florfenicol,gentamicin or enrofloxacin can be chosen to treat disease.The results provide a reference for the control of bacterial diseases of Eriocheir sinensis.
