为了探讨可预见性评估在老年住院患者危重病中的构建效果,本研究选取2013年12月至2016年11月医院收治老年住院危重病患者70例,对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组采用可预见性评估护理,观察两组在患者出现危机状况时的抢救时间,并采用SF-36生活质量量表对两组治疗前、后生活质量进行评估,同时也比较了两组的预后情况。研究发现对患者进行可预见性评估后抢救等待时间、抢救时间、检查时间及住院时间,均少于常规护理组(p<0.05);可预见性评估护理组的SF-36生活质量评分,均显著高于常规护理组;可预见性评估护理组的好转离院率,显著高于常规护理组;观察组急症留观、收入ICU及死亡率,均显著低于常规护理组。因此将可预见性评估用于老年住院危重病患者抢救中有助于缩短抢救时间、改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。
Abstract：In order to study the effect of predictive evaluation on the construction of critically ill elderly inpatients, 70 cases of critically ill elderly inpatients were selected from December 2013 to November 2016 in our hospital, and the control group was given routine nursing care, the patients in the observation group were treated with predictive assessment nursing, and the rescue time of the two groups was observed when the patients were in crisis. The quality of life before and after treatment was evaluated by the SF-36 quality of life scale. At the same time,the prognosis of the two groups was compared. The study found that the waiting time, rescue time, examination time and hospitalization time of the patients were less after the predictable evaluation. In the routine nursing group(p<0.05), the scores of SF-36 quality of life in the predictable assessment nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group, and the rate of improvement in the predictive nursing group was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group. The income ICU and mortality rate were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group. Therefore, it was helpful to shorten the rescue time and improve the quality of life of the elderly patients with critical illness by applying the predictive evaluation to the treatment of the critically ill elderly patients, which was worth popularizing and applying.
