基于线粒体基因组分析鸭科部分鸟类的遗传多样性

摘要:

鸭科(Anatidae)为雁形目(Anseriformes)最大的一科,包含中国特有种和国家二级保护动物。为探讨鸭科各物种的保护地位,了解饲养种和野生种的遗传差异,正解鸭科部分物种的分属情况,该研究以从GenBank获取的59条鸭科线粒体基因组序列作为分析对象,以与鸭科亲缘关系较近的原鸡属的红原鸡(Gallus gallus)作为外群构建鸭科系统发育树,分析了鸭科属间、种间的遗传距离和属内遗传多样性。结果表明,鸭科具有较低的遗传多样性,其中鸭属和雁属的遗传多样性最低,需要加强保护,建议提升鸭科中绿头鸭(Anas platyrhynchos)、斑嘴鸭(Anas poecilorhyncha)以及鸿雁(Anser cygnoides)的保护地位。同时,该研究也可为家鸭、家鹅的选育和配种,以及提高物种后代遗传多样性方面提供一定的理论指导。

Abstract:

Anatidae is the largest family of Anseriformes, including endemic species of China and national second-class protected animal species. In order to explore the protected status of all species of Anatidae,understand the genetic differences between the feeding species and the wild species, and understand the distribution of some species of Anatidae. 59 mitochondrial genome sequences of Anatidae obtained from GenBank were used to construct phylogenetic tree of Anatidaeas. Gallus gallus was used as the out-group, which was closely related to Anatidae. The average genetic distance and genetic diversity among genera and species of Anatidae were analyzed. The results showed that the Anatidae species had low genetic diversity, among which the Anas and Anser had the lowest genetic diversity, so it was necessary to strengthen the protected status of Anas platyrhynchos, Anas poecilorhyncha and Anser cygnoides in the duck family. At the same time, the research can also provide some theoretical guidance for the breeding and mating of domestic ducks and domestic geese, as well as improving the genetic diversity of their descendants.
