以超甜20号甜玉米为试验材料,用60Co-γ射线照射进行辐射保鲜试验,结果表明:经过50 krad辐射处理,1~2℃冷藏,甜玉米贮藏12d后的外观变化和主要化学成分变化很小,总糖损失13%,Vc损失18%,其风味、口感与采收时基本一致。
Abstract:The writer used shrunken-20 sweet-corn and cobalt to do the radialization storage experiment. The result indicated that when sweet-corn was radiated at 50 krad and stored below 1~2℃, and for 12 days, the appearance and main chemical composition of sweet corn were less changed. The contents of carbohydrate and Vc lost 13% and 18% respectively, the flavour and taste are similar to the fresh one.
