阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer's disease, AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,通常起病缓慢并逐渐恶化,是60%～70%痴呆症的病因。截至2020年,全球约5 000万人患有各种形式的痴呆症,最常见的是65岁以上的人,因此,俗称老年痴呆症。迄今为止,对阿尔茨海默病的病因仍知之甚少。一般认为许多环境和遗传风险因素与阿尔茨海默病的发展有关。大量的实验研究和病例证明,没有任何一种治疗可以阻止或逆转阿尔茨海默病的病程,只有少数方法或许可以暂时缓解或改善症状。本文概述了对阿尔茨海默病的基本认识,系统地提出了对阿尔茨海默病的预防、临床治疗及护理对策,期望对医护人员和社会大众提供有益的建议和参考。
Abstract：Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disease, which usually starts slowly and worsens gradually. It is the cause of 60%～70% of dementia. By 2020, there were about 50 million people suffering from various forms of dementia in the world. The most common is people over 65 years old, so it is commonly known as senile dementia. So far, little is known about the etiology of Alzheimer's disease. It is generally believed that many environmental and genetic risk factors are related to the development of Alzheimer's disease. A large number of experimental studies and cases have proved that no treatment can prevent or reverse the course of Alzheimer's disease, and only a few methods may temporarily alleviate or improve the symptoms. This paper summarized the basic understanding of Alzheimer's disease, and systematically put forward the prevention, clinical treatment and nursing countermeasures of Alzheimer's disease, hoping to provide useful suggestions and reference for medical staff and the public.
