用5个同核异质不育系和5个恢复系组成5×5不完全双列杂交,估算了不育系细胞质基因对单株粒重、生育期等9个性状的配合力的作用。结果表明:杂交稻同核异质不育系的胞质基因对不育系多数性状的一般配合力效应和组合特殊配合力效应均具显著的作用。因而认为,配合力的遗传基础应包括细胞质基因的效应。
Abstract:The effect of cytoplasm gene on the combining ability of 9 characters in rice was estimated with combinations of 5 homonuclei-hetercytoplasm male sterile lines acrossed by 5 restorer lines in a 5×5 partial double cross design.The results indicated that the effects of cytoplasm gene of homonuclei-hetercytoplasm male sterile lines on gen- eral combining ability and special combining ability of most of the characters of male sterile line were significant.It is considered that the genetical basis of combining ability might in- clude the effect of cytoplasm gene.
