抗汞菌株的筛选及鉴定的有效方法研究进展

摘要:

在人类社会不断发展进程中汞及其化合物有着举足轻重的作用,尤其是在化学化工工业、金属工业、医药业、核工业等行业得到广泛应用,但同时在环境方面也引发了严重的问题,给人体健康和生态环境造成了不可忽视的危害。生物修复作为重金属污染修复的有效手段正越来越受到重视,因此抗汞菌株高效的筛选及分离方法就至关重要。本综述主要围绕微生物修复进行展开,详细地总结了抗汞细菌以及真菌的具体筛选思路以及方法,并对相关研究进行展望,指出抗汞真菌将是未来研究的重点。

Abstract:

Mercury and its compounds play a crucial role in the continuous development of human society, and they are widely used especially in chemical industry, metallurgy industry, medicine, nuclear industry and other industries. But at the same time, mercury and its compounds have caused serious problems in the environment and caused unnegligible harm to human health and ecological environment. As an efficient method of heavy metal pollution remediation, Bioremediation method has been paid more and more attention. So it is essential that efficient screening and isolation method of mercury resistant strains should be provided. This review focused on the microbial remediation, and summarized in detail the specific ideas and methods for screening mercury-resistant bacteria and fungus. And the related research is prospected, pointing out that mercury resistant fungus would be the focus of future research.
