甲流是一种由病毒感染引起的急性呼吸道传染病,具有致病性高、传染性强等特点,曾在世界范围内多次大流行,困扰人们的日常生活甚至威胁身体健康。伴随着现代药物分离、纯化技术的发展,天然药物的活性成分研究为新药开发带来了第二个春天,也使天然药物抗流感病毒引起越来越多的关注,本综述总结大量研究成果,阐明了利用天然药物进行抗流感病毒研究的可行性与有效性,为进一步开发、利用天然药物提供依据。
Abstract：The influenza A virus is a kind of acute respiratory infectious disease caused by viral infection, has the characteristics of highly pathogenic, strong infectious, has repeatedly caused a worldwide pandemic, serious impact on people with life and health. Along with the development of modern drug separation and purification technology, natural medicine, the active ingredient research for new drug development has brought the second spring, also make the natural medicine against the flu virus to cause the attention of more and more, this review summarizes a large number of research results, illuminates the use of natural drugs for influenza virus research the feasibility and effectiveness of, provide the basis for further development and utilization of natural medicine.
